Welcome to the 2017 website for Queens Park Medical Practice!

Hello and welcome to our website. We’ve packed it full of useful information in a very easy to use format with the added benefit of several online functions. If you’re new to the area, have a look at our opening times, download a registration form and come and see.

Travel Reminder

If you think that you will require immunisation for travelling abroad, please contact the practice as soon as possible, preferably 3 months before, to allow enough time to determine what will be required, arrange for it to be prescribed  and then arrange for administration of the vaccination in enough time for it to be effective at the point of travel. The staff will ask you to complete a "travel immunisation" form which will assist the practice nurse in determining your individual requirements.

Repeat Prescriptions

Plese try out our on-line repeat prescription ordering service by registering under the "prescriptions" Tab at the top of this page.
